Cancellation & Refund Policy

MOHAN FOOD PRODUCTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if requested on the same day as the order placement. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

MOHAN FOOD PRODUCTS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers. However, refunds or replacements can be arranged if the customer establishes that the delivered product’s quality is unsatisfactory.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. Requests will be processed after the merchant has conducted their own verification, and should be reported on the same day as receipt of the products.

If the received product does not match the site’s description or your expectations, please inform our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues.

For approved refunds by MOHAN FOOD PRODUCTS, it will take 6-8 days to process the refund to the customer. Refunds will typically be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5 to 9 working days.
